Family in Weaverville wanted to do a little horseback riding. Heard great things about Smoky Mountain Trail Rides and setup the ride for a Sunday afternoon. So Grandpa was there who hasn't ridden a horse in 35 years had no problem with his horse "Deputy".
Grandson Christian who has ridden horses before was like a pro at the age of 9. The two young mothers also enjoyed the views and the amazing trails. Most of the trails were shaded which made it really comfortable, and a beautiful breeze on top of the mountain passages . They are all definitely coming back for more rides this summer and also in the fall.
